The sound installation can be considered the equivalent of a musical sculpture, an auditory experience designed and created generally for an exhibition space of visual arts or for a specific site of a work. It is characterized by the many and numerous technologies in spatial creation and presentation. Sound installations are generally enjoyed from any random starting and ending point as opposed to traditional works with a well-defined beginning and end.
