About the Composer
Katharine Norman composes music for instruments and digital resources, with a particular focus on digital work involving text, and on music for piano.
She studied and Bristol University and Princeton, from where she received her PhD. She has previously taught in music and sonic art at Dartington College of Arts, Sheffield University, Goldsmiths and City University London, and has also taught in the Communications and Contemporary Arts Departments of Simon Fraser University, Canada, and in creative writing at Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge.
